Grimberg completed construction of a new 2-company satellite fire station at Operations Support Airlift. This project included an HVAC room, administrative section, access ramp, drive-through apparatus bays, dormitory rooms, training areas, living areas, dining room, kitchen, storage and workroom, alarm room and information systems. Supporting facilities include utility connections, information systems, parking, signage, and site improvements.

This project included a standing seam metal roof, emergency support for the Davidson Air Field, a vehicle exhaust system, base wide security, communications, and fire alarm monitoring rooms. Grimberg received an outstanding rating from the Corps of Engineers for its partnering effort that allowed the company to complete the project on time and within budget despite the wettest weather on record for any year.
