Grimberg has delivered numerous advanced LEED certified or LEED certifiable green projects, including the state of Virginia’s first LEED Silver-rated building, and has multiple LEED certifiable projects in progress as well.

Highlights of the contractor’s project experience follow below – and illustrate Grimberg’s ability to construct some of the mid-Atlantic region’s most significant green facilities. Each project is also an excellent example of Grimberg’s firm commitment to the U.S. Green Building Council’s primary objectives, namely to deliver LEED compliant facilities and systems that:

• Reduce waste
• Lower facility operating costs
• Reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions
• Demonstrate environmental stewardship and social responsibility

Note that each completed project highlighted below (and several ongoing projects as well) received outstanding evaluation ratings. Moreover, eight of these completed projects also received AGC awards or letters of commendation from the project owners.
