Design/Build Dining Facility and Building 9 Renovation, FBI Academy, Quantico, VA
OVERVIEW
The Building 9 Renovation involved the LEED Silver renovation and expansion of the building's second-floor kitchen, dining room, and associated spaces to accommodate the growing needs of the FBI Academy, as well as third-floor mechanical upgrades and renovations to select additional building areas. The facility remained occupied throughout the project, and Grimberg maintained all electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems at all times. The company also constructed a temporary kitchen and dining facility to meet campus needs while the renovation was underway.
