OVERVIEW
The Eastern Fairfax Elementary School project involved the conversion of a five-story office building into an elementary school. Grimberg demolished the interior of the building and constructed classrooms, administrative areas, a library, kitchen, cafeteria, theater, music rooms, exercise rooms, and support facilities, completing all work on a strict schedule to provide for the school's opening at the beginning of the academic year.
