OVERVIEW
Grimberg delivered phased design/build renovations within two occupied, 100-percent operational buildings, each of which serve as living quarters for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center personnel, as well as quarters for wounded military personnel receiving treatment. The project included comprehensive HVAC upgrades in each building, as well as hazardous materials remediation and site improvements.
