OVERVIEW
The Explosive Development Facility project involved the design/build renovation of five facilities and the new construction of three additional facilities, all designed to accommodate a one-of-a-kind explosives processing and development operation. The resulting complex represents one of the most advanced explosives operations centers in the United States military.
