OVERVIEW
Performed with an 8(a) protégé partner, who Grimberg mentored throughout the project, the C2IF contract involved the new construction of an 80,000-square-foot federal command and control headquarters and warehouse facility designed to support the military's Joint Warfighter Program. The building has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver rating.
