OVERVIEW
Performed with an 8(a) protégé partner, who Grimberg mentored throughout the project, the P-166 project involved the design and construction of a 27,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art energetics system and technology laboratory facility, designed to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Engineering Directorate. The new laboratory complex is the flagship facility at Indian Head and has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver rating.
