OVERVIEW
The Building 9 project involved the renovation and modernization of several hospital operational and support centers to integrate them with recently modernized surgery centers, enabling the facility to provide world class care to wounded veterans. Work included mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and related systems infrastructure as well as architectural and space layout renovations, all performed in an occupied and operational hospital building under an accelerated project schedule.
